Implemented a department-wide project management app for use in website change requests. Designed the work-flow and user-interface for the tool, which resulted in increased productivity and improved inter-departmental communication.

Used various content management systems designed for the publishing industry, hand-coded HTML and JavaScript, and developed web templates using Dreamweaver.
